Finca Valdelagunde Cuvee Especial- Ensamblaje Único

This wine marks a turning point for this winery, made with the idea of offering a much more rounded Verdejo with a combination of subtle touches rarely found in wines from our area made with this grape.

It is a blend of four different batches of grapes from the same plot, on clayey/sandy soils among pine groves with plenty of surface pebbles. For each batch we use a special wine-making technique, playing with fermentation in stainless steel and wood under different conditions. Each method brings out different characteristics, which are all essential to the final result.
