This wine brings together two grape varieties that co-starred in a very popular blend in our area which has gradually disappeared. Now we have revived it in a semi-sweet version, which is as unusual as it is difficult to find.
It is a blend of ripe Verdejo and Viura, which is essential in this wine and is harvested during a period of premature ripeness, giving it the freshness and natural acidity that make it lively and very inviting.
The fermentation of both grapes begins separately but ends together.
The wine receives the grapes’ sweetness and natural acidity.
