Fuente Elvira Verdejo

This was the first wine the family made, with selected grapes from various plots at Pago de Fuente Elvira, La Seca.
They have the characteristic clayey soils, with many river pebbles on the surface, that define Verdejo.

We ferment selected must and work with a subsequent selection of lees, carrying out stirring or “batonnage” with the final blend.

The identity of the diversity of the estates of Pago de Fuente Elvira comes through in our most classical wine.
